1. Program Description
RPM Rollformed Metal Products provides custom roll forming and metal fabrication products and services. By opting into our SMS program, you can expect to receive messages regarding order and production updates, shipping and delivery notifications, quotation follow-ups, service notifications, and direct responses to your inquiries.
2. Cancellation (Opt-Out)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to [SMS NUMBER]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Support and Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by sending an email to info@rpmrollforming.com.
4. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Fees and Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Messaging frequency varies based on interaction but can be anywhere from 1 to 6 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. General Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge that you are the primary owner of the phone number provided. RPM Rollformed Metal Products reserves the right to modify these terms or terminate the SMS service at any time. The website is provided for general information and for submitting inquiries and requests for quotations.
Quotations and Orders: Pricing, lead times, tolerances, and specifications published on this website or provided through it are for reference only and are not binding. All quotations, purchase orders, and sales are governed by RPM's standard terms and conditions of sale, which are provided with the applicable quotation or order acknowledgement and take precedence over anything on this website in the event of a conflict.
Submitted Information: The Client represents and warrants that any drawings, specifications, or other technical information submitted to RPM may lawfully be shared with RPM and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Contact Data: The Client represents and warrants that any contact information provided to RPM, including email addresses and phone numbers, has been provided with the owner's consent in accordance with CASL (Canada) and the TCPA (USA).
